How
Corporate Sponsor Money Is Spent
Money provided by Corporate Sponsors directly supports the activities
of the Conferences and goes to reduce the registration fees to
participate in the conference. You may choose to sponsor a specific
activity, such as the Student Robotics Competition, which encourages
student participation in the conference, or the Corporate Recognition
Reception and Poster Session, or even a coffee break or luncheon.
We look forward to speaking to you about ways in which your organization
can support this conference, and are happy to work with you to
find appropriate opportunities.
A
gift of US$1500.00 or more earns for the donor the title of Corporate
Sponsor for the Space and Robotics 2002 Conferences. Each of the
conferences in this series has had the generous support of several
Corporate Sponsors. Past sponsors have included Martin-Marietta,
Bechtel, Klinger Constructors, NASA and Sandia National Laboratories.
We
also encourage Corporate Sponsors to have exhibits at the Conferences
and invite them to advise us of people to receive mailings We
welcome suggestions from Corporate Sponsors for technical program
and session topics. We keep Corporate Sponsors apprised of dates
for planning meetings so they may choose to have representatives
attend.
Finally,
we recognize our Corporate Sponsors in the Conferences Program.
Service to the Conferences by Corporate Sponsors will be honored
at the Corporate Recognition Reception and Poster Session. Signs
with Corporate Sponsors' names and logos are displayed in various
places around the Conferences.
