Conference Schedule

The overall conference schedule will be similar to the format that was used for the previous conferences. Registration will be open on Sunday, and the conference will run from Monday through Thursday at noon. Each of the first three days will begin with keynote speakers for all the Space 2002 and Robotics 2002 attendees. Following the keynote speakers, the technical paper presentations will begin. Space 2002 and Robotics 2002 tracks will be clearly noted and attendees will have their choice of attending any session. Luncheons will feature keynote speakers or a panel discussion, and a lunch cart will be available for the attendees. Evening activities include a barbecue and the Roundtable Discussion.

On Thursday, the final day of the conference, a special international panel will be assembled. This panel will be followed by a closing keynote speaker. In addition to the technical meeting activities, the exhibits will be open to the conference attendees on Monday through Wednesday. Also the Student Robotics Competition will be conducted during break periods and lunch. Attendees will be encouraged to interact with the students as well as other attendees during breaks.

Over the years our schedule has solidified into a workable, enjoyable series of events. We are looking forward with ever-increasing enthusiasm to the Space 2002 and Robotics 2002 Conferences with the knowledge of something we have done many times and enjoyed greatly.

The Conferences have traditionally had a poster session. It will be held in conjunction with the Corporate Reception on Monday evening.
